Voluntary Strength Instruction and training for PHM system 6th, 7th and 8th grade athletes begins September 18

Tue and Thur sessions 2 hours
Friday morning session is 1 hour
PBS / athletic attire: black or white
Proper soccer cleats
Proper soccer shin guards and socks. You will NOT train without them Proper indoor flat bottom footwear for indoor gym
Appropriate hydration, minimum 24 ounces
Athletic attire, Real training shoes... NO CROCS or SLIPPERS!
